3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 16 years and older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enrol in our courses. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

5. Payment and Billing

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days written notice.

• Unused lessons within the current billing period may be eligible for credit
• No refunds are provided for completed lessons
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

7. Lesson Scheduling and Cancellation

Lessons must be scheduled in accordance with tutor availability. The following policies apply:

• Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the lesson
• Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension
